Except in the case of a defective product all sales are final. (A defective product is defined as a product with structural damage. For example: a tear, hole or ripped seam.) Your satisfaction is important to us and we try very hard to catch any product defects before they leave our store. If we missed something and you end up with a defective item, we are happy to provide a replacement if we receive the return within two weeks of delivery and the item shows no signs of wearing or washing.
Your order is custom printed just for you! Refunds or exchanges are only possible in the case of defective products. We highly recommend you utilize the size charts or contact us for assistance before ordering if you have questions about sizing. When ordering youth hoodies or crewneck sweatshirts, we recommend ordering a size up.
